I love a doctor who looks at me, in this case my kidneys and says: "Mr Exford your kidneys are in bad shape but I can fix it" Very encouraging and positive attitude. He reminds a lot of the late Haroon Y. Docrat who mended my wive's stomach after it was smashed in a MVA.
