1st referral to Dr. Shirley Lo over 25 years ago for a broken nose. She supposedly “performed ” the surgery to repair my nose. Once the bandages were removed a few months later, my nose was the same as below survey.

2nd visit to Dr. Shirley Lo in over 20 years to diagnose why I couldn’t swallow properly. In 5 minutes or less she said she could not see anything wrong.
If I had listened to her I would never found out I had cancer in my neck. I asked to be referred to another Ear, Nose and Throat Doctor . Fortunately, I went to a new specialist, was sent to a Surgeon, now recovering from a successful surgery.

Disappointed at the lack of professionalism. This doctor should be reviewed by the Canadian Medical Board.

Worse doctor I have ever encountered. She did not help or even make any diagnosis of my horrible issue. Insulted my intelligence. I learned more on google.
