I took 1.5 days off work and followed prep instructions exactly. I filled out a ton of paperwork online, but there was still more cya type forms upon arrival. My only previous colonoscopy with this guy ran late by over by four hours and different "rides" were required throughout the day due to the delays. Some people say the ride must be there when you finish in case the doctor wants to talk. I do not think he talked. I personally do not remember him at all. I arrived at Ridgeline on time for my appointment and asked what time I should have my first "ride" arrive. The receptionist indicated the ride should have come with me, but she would ask the doctor. She took some time and then relayed to me I would have to ask the nurse. Maybe 15 minutes later, or 40 minutes after my appointment, I was in my gown being ordered onto the cot by the nurse. I refused saying that I still needed a time for my ride to arrive so I could make the necessary calls. My ride would be a different person depending on the expected completion time. None of my rides were willing to stay all day. This was apparently disturbing to their process. Eventually, the nurse relayed from the doctor that I had better get my ride there right away or he would not treat me. I started arguing, but then I realized they did not want my business at all. I had no desire for an irritated doctor / nurse doing things to me while unconscious. I walked out after about 45 minutes without getting an estimated completion time, and without anyone really caring.

Dr. Gonzales helped a lot in a scary time for me. At first we thought he was great but there came a point when we didn't feel comfortable going to see him anymore. It sometimes seemed as though he didn't believe what we said about what was going wrong. Staff and getting in are great.

Very short wait time less than 5 minutes in waiting room and then less than 10 minutes in the room. Very thorough and knowledgeable as well. Staff is also very friendly and efficient, would definitely recommend him to anyone.
