Excerpt from my letter to her office: I would like to compliment Megan Crum who saw me as a patient on May 2, 2014. I had been suffering from a terrible cough and had not been able to sleep for days. As I started to sign into the electronic kiosk, Megan walked over to greet me and informed me that I was the first person in line. She told me that as soon as I was done I could come into the office and get started. Once my visit with Megan began, she was very attentive and thorough, asking me numerous questions aimed at finding out exactly what my history, symptoms, etc. were. I have never experienced anyone that was so thorough, including my normal primary care physician. She came up with a treatment plan and now, only three days later, I am feeling much better. She was also very friendly and made it clear that she was not just there to do a job, but that she truly cared about my health. ~ Rob R.
