Would not accept my insurance even though the insurance company said they should, and would not call the patient back when asked as to why they would not accept payment from the insurance company. Dr. Freese and Dr. Dietrich have a very aggressive pricing policy and appear to be only in it for the money. They are relatively new in Red Wing and appear to be compensating for business cash flow issues. I would advise avoiding this chiropractor completely.
