Horrible experience. An hour late, our 17-month-old was tested for covid and ordered a traumatic finger prick test, all to be prescribed Nexium ( for reflux).

Had multiple appointment not one was on-time. All had an average wait time of an hour.

She did not provide much information, about the possible diagnosis, no explanation of the process or way forward. Was not reachable after the appointment to answer questions and forwarded blood test results with no further information so I had to google what the results meant.
