I saw Dr. Singh for the removal of my upper right 1st molar. It was fractured and I was advised by my Endodontist as well as my general dentist that an implant would be the best treatment for my particular case. Dr. Singh confirmed this when I had my consultation. Even though I have a dental background I was extremely nervous as I have never had a tooth removed (except for my wisdom teeth when I was a teen). Implants were rarely a treatment option when I worked in dentistry and the thought of this procedure freaked me out- to put it mildly! For me, knowledge is power so straight to the computer I went!! I was so impressed with Dr. Singh's website- absolutely all of my questions were answered and I felt prepared for the consultation appointment. The case coordinator Rhonda spent approx. an hour with me explaining the procedure and answered all of my questions. She reviewed my medical history and my medications. I was advised to stop taking a certain one 1 week prior to my surgery. To my surprise, I received a call from Dr. Singh's office 1 week prior reminding me to stop take the certain medication. What awesome TLC! On Tuesday May 23rd I had the tooth removed and a bone graft placed under "deep sedation anesthesia". Tuesday's appointment was less stressful for me due to the quality care I received by the registered nurse as well as Dr. Singh's assistant. The tooth was successfully removed in sections by Dr. Singh. I have followed the post operative instructions and have had no complications and little pain. Two days after the extraction I was was called by his office to see how I was doing and to answer any other questions I had. I was reminded that I was to resume taking the medication I had stopped. We are so fortunate to have Dr. Singh in the Chilliwack area!! His extensive knowledge, expertise and hand selected staff are first class!! In today's changed world when we are all in a rush and expect less from so many, to be under the care of Dr. Singh and his staff is a true privilege! Dr. Singh is fantastic. Had my wisdom teeth and one extra tooth removed while I was asleep and woke up everything was done and no problems afterwards. Thank you Dr. Singh
