As someone looking for bloodless medicine I struggled to find a surgeon to take my high risk case. Blood is not an option for me, but good health care is important and we value life. Dr. Nagarsheth was fantastic, he gave me my life back. The bloodless medicine program is without a doubt the best program out there. Also, the Covid guidelines and safety measures made us feel safe all the way around. The entire experience was a blessing. If you have been guided to go to englewood or Dr. Nagarsheth please do not ignore it or question it. It is for your best interest. As someone who had suffered for 20 years we long to find someone to understand and care since the OBGYN topics are intimate and we feel misunderstood at times. That being said, I have had the dr.’s that take your hand and tell you what you want to hear and to us they seem like a night in shining armor that’s swooped in to take away our ovary pain. But the end result does not fix the problem. So please, look for someone who is serious and professional who knows what he is doing and can figure out your problem in just a brief moment and know how to fix it. If Dr. Nagarsheth says he can help you...HE WILL HELP YOU! If you think he is too quiet or not warm and fuzzy, look into his eyes. The kindness is there and he will fight for you. My husband and I had a nightmare with our insurance, I have never had a Dr. that was so hands on. He shows up in scrubs ready to work and will do whatever he needs to do. He is also humble and does not think he can take on anything, he knows the risks and does his best. My results were amazing! My husband and I will continue to pray for the bloodless medicine program and the great doctors at the facility. God will continue to bless such a beautiful arrangement. This is good health care, the best! From my first phone call to Englewood it was easy and excelente. We will never forget it!

I am very grateful that Dr. Nagarsheth was my surgeon. He listened carefully to my concerns and discussed my options. Dr. Nagarsheth fit me quickly into his busy surgery schedule. I just had a total hysterectomy, and I only needed Tylenol through the next day. He is an expert in his field, compassionate and extremely skillful. His scheduler and staff have been extremely kind. I give Dr. Nagarsheth my highest recommendation!

This guy hates to be questioned. He is very rude and condescending to patients. Big No No in medicine is to talk about your colleagues. This guy talked smack about a doctor in Englewood to me and the guy he worked under in Mt. Sinai. I also found out from the doctor in Englewood he was talking about some patients. Dr. Nagarsheth is very much upset about his negative reviews as was told to me by a third party doctor. He goes in and writes good reviews for himself. No thanks

I believe that reviews below are written by "trolls" or Nagarsheth himself . Who could give him five stars?!!! He is an arrogant fraud, insensitive being. I hope that will end up one day in the prison for what he is doing to the women.

Aside from being an excellent surgeon he is a kind compassionate caring doctor. He is brilliant and kept me comfortable at all times. This was a difficult time for me and he eased me right through it. I would recommend him highly.

Prompt, precise, passionate, knowledgeable, committed, and a thorough professional are but some of the adjectives I can use to describe Dr. Nimesh Nagarsheth.
October, 2017. I can replay the day I visited Dr. Nagarsheth’s office for the first time, my exam, consultation in his office, and a whirlwind of appointments. I went to Dr. Nagarsheth’s office for a second opinion for a lingering post-menopausal bleeding which had been supposedly dealt with. This time the vaginal scan also showed a complex cyst on the left ovary. Within minutes, Dr. Nagarsheth assessed the situation, got in touch with my Ob/Gyn, took a look at the MRI results which were inconclusive. He then requested his staff to set up appointments for that day for a CT Scan, got all the tests done needed for the clearance before the surgery, and set up the surgery date for a couple of days after. I was inundated with this flash flood and completely stunned. Dr. Nagarsheth, with his expertise and rapid response, charted the plan of action. One defining thing about Dr. Nagarsheth’s work ethic, is the respect for his, his team’s, and the patient’s time. In my experience, this has been the ONLY doctor’s office to value that. Just before the surgery, the CT Scan results revealed the cancer of the fallopian tube. After the surgery, began the invincible journey of going through the chemotherapy and the whole nine yards. Dr. Nagarsheth and his very professional staff were, and still are, there at every step of the way. Truly, Dr. Nagarsheth adds the “extra” to the ordinary.

I was aware of Dr. Nagarsheth's reputation through friends and consulted him after receiving concerning test results. He gave a thorough explanation of his findings and gently advised me. I opted for surgery and did not experience any pain afterwards. Highest recommendations.

If you don't mind being treat like a 12 year old where he doesn't include you in the decision making process or explain his course of action and you have no say in what is done to you then go to him otherwise if you want to be treated with dignity and respect stay away from him. His skills in the operating room from what I can tell are OK. I found him to be rude and arrogant will never go back to him again. When I criticized him for this he complained that I didn't thank him for helping me. I felt next he'll want me to kiss his ring, UGH

A+++++++++ Surgeon
I had severe endometriosis along with fibroids which caused significantly changes in my pelvic anatomy. I had gone in for surgery with another surgeon at first, but while open on the operating table they decided not to proceeded, as the surgery would be too risky. Needless to say, I was very disappointed but also very anxious as I had been in extreme pain for many months, so much so that my life was more and more affected. For two weeks out of every month I was confined to the vicinity of my home. No other treatment options had been successful. Would I ever be a productive member of society again? I was referred to Dr. Nagarsheth and within one week I was in surgery. Within two days of surgery I needed nothing more than Tylenol for comfort. By one week post op I needed no pain meds at all!!!! How on earth did he do that? Even though I am still healing from a major surgery, I have more energy than I have had for the past four years. He and his staff at Mount Sinai hospital are warm and comforting . This is especially important when you are anxious about serious issues. If you have severe gynecological issues, he will give you the best possible care. In my experience, he knows how to make the best decions in the toughest of situations.
