No show to my appointment. Very disappointing- will rebook with someone else

CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO START. I AM TIRED OF LAZY DOCTORS WHO THINK THEIR TIME IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVERYONE ELSES.

Such a horrible doctor. No knowledge of my symptoms. Hung up on me after I was explaining myself. Please stay away from this “doctor”.

Dr Simenhoff couldn't look at you when you were speaking of why you were there: he was too busy typing on his laptop and doing his billing. Leaving with such short notice in Feb 2022 was certainly not too thoughtful or caring regarding his patients. And then to be told if we wanted our files, we could contact a practioners storage company and we had to pay that company to get them. I'm sure he got a % kickback too from that.

Dr Simenhoff has left his practice and now lives in Red Deer Alberta. This is very unfortunate as he was a great doctor.
