Cancelled meetings to accommodate telehealth appointment. Waited at the phone for 2 hours - only for the appointment to be cancelled once he was 2 hours late.

Instead of prescribing antiviral sent me to urgent care for swabbing, they sent me home immediately and said you shouldn't have come to public and risk others. This doctor is a joke! Next doctor virtually prescribed antiviral right away after seeing my face! (I had Chickenpox)

I had a phone appointment with this doctor. I was trying to explain my symptoms and that I needed an in person appointment for a blood work. He declined. He just prescribed me some antibiotics to use. I received an email from the clinic in Surrey with another patient’s personal information on it and this form was signed by Dr Simenhoff. I couldn’t believe it. Don’t recommend him.

He was late to the appointment then joined just to hang up on me and cancel the appointment! What a joke!

Canceled appointment for a prescription refill claiming an in person appointment was required. Had this refilled by multiple doctors virtually but only had issues this one time. Had to suffer an addition day of pain since appointment was canceled last minute.

CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT AFTER IT WAS SUPPOSED TO START. I AM TIRED OF LAZY DOCTORS WHO THINK THEIR TIME IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN EVERYONE ELSES.
