This office will not see a patient unless you do a phone consult first to see if they believe your excessive bleeding of 28 days of each month is a problem.
What a waste of time for the patient & waste of $$ double billing scheme that allows these doctors to double bill. They want payment & to be paid to do what they claim is a phone consult and then bill for a office visit if 'this gynecologist decides' you are worthy to be examined in office.
Denial of medical treatment shouldn't be happening in BC and this Gynecologist shouldn't be permitted to double dip and be paid twice to see one patient. Our BC medical care system has over extended our health care system as these doctors double bill without even seeing a patient.
I am filing a complaint with the BC College of Physicians and General Surgeons and am going to look to see about violation of HUMAN RIGHTS!

Dr kozic and staff are amazing, very helpful knowledgeable and professional. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else performing my surgery. Thank you Dr kozic!

Referred as a teen due to ongoing menstruation (3+ years). Had intense pain and nausea. Was put on every birth control pill and IUD all of which did not stop it. Was then told when diagnosed with mild Adenomyosis that nothing else could be done and no pain meds would help. If I went on pain meds that I would have to be referred to an addiction specialist! Was dismissed probably due to my age as just being a whiner. Therefore, I asked for a referral to the Pelvic Pain clinic at BC Woman’s hospital as soon as I turned 19. I was finally listened to and respected. They did exploratory surgery and removed endometriosis which has now much improved my 3 year long menstruation. Still in pain but now manageable. Not impressed that I had to fight to get a referral there.

I met with Dr Kozic twice and she phoned me twice. I found her to be very pleasant professional and knowledgeable . Her secretary was also very pleasant.Would highly recommend .

Dr. Jennifer Kozic is awesome. She is very professional, sensitive, informative & she did an excellent job at making me feel comfortable during my appointment. –Staff was great, too. I am very impressed with my overall experience. HIGHLY recommend

The MOA is terrible could care less about people. Takes forever ever to get an appointment. Dr Kozic is too busy to care about concerns of patients. 37 years old wanting to conceive taken 2 years too find out I now have stage 4 endometriosis and frozen pelvis even after expressing my concern. She did a Surgery on me and instead of following up after surgery she left a note saying what the finding were saying she would refer me cause it was beyond her depth. Instead of referring me to a Endo specialist she referred me to a reproductive clinic with little or no other options. I’m in pain everyday. I called to ask for a quicker referral today and the MOA in her office gave attitude. I would not recommend

Dr. Kozik and I decided it would be best for me to have a hysterectomy due to issues I was experiencing. The hysterectomy was done in a Timely manner and Dr.Kozik was very thorough with explaining the procedure and recovery to me. I would highly recommend her to others.

My entire experience through my entire pregnancy was horrible. She told me at the beginning of my pregnancy because I was so high risk and had 3 previous miscarriages that she would have extra appointments and ultrasounds so that every assurance was there and that as the mum I was more secure in what was going on (this never happened). It was a battle to get any information out of her, she brushed off every question I had. At the 20 week ultrasound the doctor at the hospital thought they may have seen something concerning and advised Dr Kozak that I should be sent to Women’s in Vancouver for further ultrasounds, women’s called my 2 days later and I was there 5 days later. Dr. Kozak refused to tell me why or what they were looking at or concerned about and then waited over a
Month after the scans to tell me “nothing was wrong just horrible ultrasound machines in Kamloops” (thank goodness my GP was willing to look at my records and tell me things were fine the same week as I had the scans. She moved appointments with no notice. She told me that because I had a higher BMI that it was very likely I could deliver a stillborn baby. After delivering my baby (born very healthy thanks to the care of my GP reading my medical documentation and advising me) she never came to see me in the hospital, I was seen by a medical student instead. She is rude, fat phobic, is only there for the referrals and money and I would recommend ANY OTHER doctor before dealing with this woman. She filled my pregnancy with worry, fear and uncertainty.
