I'd give more stars if I could. He's a very caring and knowledgeable man with a lovely personality and demeanour. He genuinely cares about "how you are" and wants to make sure that your needs are met and that everything is working for you. He seems to value helping with his patient's overall quality of life and wants everything working as it should. Staff in his office are amazing, such a lovely group and always willing to help!

He's incredibly kind and helpful. He attempts to explain what is happening and what the prescriptions he's giving me do/how they work. And he doesn't speak down to me even though I'm a young woman.

Dr hayes has been my doctor for over 20 years and I he has always exceeded my expectations for a physician. He excels in explaining in clear terms the problems that have ailed me and has always made me feel completely at ease on my visits.
