Was referred by my GP and met with Dr Benzaglam in his office and he was extremely caring, informative and supportive. Felt an extreme sense of calm and that I was in the hands of a true caring professional.

Dr Benzaglam is an amazing dr.
We’ve been working together for a couple of years now for issues I have since being a teenager.
When things started getting worse he took the time to investigate and rule out serious conditions like IBD/cancer.
I was really nervous to have my procedure but his staff were very helpful and comforting, and he made it easy and everything went smooth.
Very knowledgeable, and caring.
Will take the time to go through reports, listen, answer your questions and make you feel comfortable to share your symptoms without judging.
Dr Benzaglam made me feel very safe and comfortable and he also provided mental support and a referral to a psychologist to deal with my chronic illness.
Something very important these days, when a lot of other doctors don’t care unless you have a deadly condition.
Will highly recommend to share EVERYTHING because he truly listen and cares.

For almost two years, I have been under treatment of Dr. Ali Benzaglam.He is a person who works with sincerity and conscience.He is a professional on his job.He listens well to you.. He has understanding and knowledge,and provides assistance to the patient.also makes you feel comfortable with him..He listens carefully to your complaints about the symptoms of pain and suffering..and he gives you the appropriate treatment and continues until you recover..also gives you hope for recovery...He makes you feel comfortable and reassured when he says if something happens, call me and make an appointment. Even if he gives you an appointment, he says during the period of arrival to the appointment, if something happens, call and don't wait for the appointment that makes you feel safe and comfortable... He is someone who gives you psychological support. He is also a very calm person and listens to you well ..He is very flexible if I tell him I do not want this medicine, he says leave it and I will give you something else, or I told him this medication great and helpful he is keep going to gives to you until you are feelings better . Fortunately for me, he speaks in the same my language that gives me a feeling of comfort more and more ... In addition of that this man is very shy and polite.polite . Polite.I highly recommend him if you have any problem in your digestive system..In addition of to my comment, the Dr.Ali's staff are very nice and respectful...Finally thank you Dr. Ali for your assistance and helping me to find relief after my suffering....Allah bless you.

Dr. Benzaglams Receptionist Sandra is extremely rude and uncaring. She expects patients to still attend an appointment with Covid like symptoms. She will not re-book an appointment that was missed due to Covid like Symptoms. Ask your doctor to refer you to anyone except Dr. Benzaglam.

Dr. Benzaglam was so helpful with diagnosing my IBS after years of stomach problems. He really took his time to get to know my problems and asked lots of questions and answered all of mine. I highly recommend!

I was referred to Dr. Benzaglam for a problem with my throat. He was very personable and took the time to review my condition and discuss options. I felt heard and I rushed. I would definitely recommend this Dr.

seen the Dr earlier in the year, had an endoscope done, no complications, the Dr is sincere and understanding all very appreciated truely,....but my nausea stomach pain right quadrant pain remains unanswered, unresolved . When you are really ill you go to a Dr because you cant stand it any further, you want medical intervention , answers . I respect him, but he didnt know what to do, when you have an illness and it is affecting your job you need resolve no matter what. I really felt let down to have to leave the office sick with no reason why. I was given a prescription to ' try' but I dont want to experiment but rather get to he bottom of the problem. I find Drs when they just dont know what to do , write prescriptions as the answer but it is not the answer.
