Dr Daidone’s staff is caring and professional. I enjoyed seeing him as a patient.

Great internist with great staff , in eureka springs

Average wait time is 2.5 hours. (Longest was 4.25 hrs!). Staff are moody - you get a 'good' appointment (i.e.; the shortest wait times), if they're not in a bad mood or mad at you for some umpteen reasons. The only nice one there is Lacey.
Dr. Daidone can be moody too, but is usually okay.
His fill-in, Raben, is unrealistic, God-complex & overbearing.
Also, if you have a problem with medication and need to make an additional appt to discuss with Dr., they rarely call you back even after leaving several voicemails...and if you happen to catch a live person on the phone, you're essentially punished with curt, hateful attitude and a very long-wait appt. (and that's IF they call you back or you catch a live person).
Also, they don't accept many insurances. Blue Cross Blue Shield is a hugely-accepted insurance everywhere else, but this office now doesn't even take BCBS anymore so insirances accepted are narrowed even more!

Lastly, since Daidone got into a little trouble a while back, there are a couple of pharmacies around here that do not fill ANY Rx's from him at all anymore ~ including a Walgreens as mentioned in a previous post below. It's my understandinf that about half the pharmacies in fayetteville will not fill his rx's.

In summary, Daidone is pretty decent. His full-in, Raben, is NOT. All but 1 staff member is rude & hateful and have very unprofessional appearances.
Wait times are simply awful & not many insurances are accepted.

One thing I know for sure Walgreens won't fill any scripts from him. Wait time is aweful and his moods seem to shift drastically from nice to not nice. Nurses are aweful and rude

Dr Paul Daidone was totally unexpected. I figured he would be as rude as his staff. They should really be more respectful and not assume everyone is an addict looking to score. Cheer up ladies.
But he looked me in the eye the entire visit. He didn't bullshit me with new or idiotic ideas. He knew how much legitimate pain I was in. And how stressful my situation is. I saw him a week ago and my life has literally changed because of him. Only thing I'm sorry for is not leaving this review sooner.

I think Dr diadone is a great Dr . but the staff do come across a little rude and the wait is like 3 hrs but other than that its great

The staff are very rude. They are not organized and judgmental. Dr. Daidone started off personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Something has changed. Also, the wait time is 3 hours. Overbooking and only being able to pay cash is causing problems.

The front desk could be a little nicer, but I understand they are busy and do have a stressful job. The male nurse seemed very knowledgable, and the drug test nurse was really nice. Dr. Daidone himself, by far the best doctor I have encountered in my 36 years of life. Great doctor, caring, and very educated. Look forward to growing with this doctor and his team. Thank you!
