Dr. Clawson is very welcoming and knows his stuff. The dark-haired receptionist is such a sour puss She is extremely unfriendly. My two kids who attend that office like Dr. Clawson, but even my husband and I don't like to talk with her. She tends to be short-tempered, confrontational and does NOT like to have to deal with problems that arise with their braces. My daughter broke her braces twice and she tried to tell me that she was lying. Her approach to problems that arise is so disgustingly rude and unacceptable considering how much money we are spending on our children.

Dr. Clawson is a wonderful orthodontist and it is easy for us to say that our children are in good hands. He's very patient and goes that extra mile. I find his staff rather unfriendly, abrupt and unwelcoming, but fortunately my daughters are not there to see them.
