I have had several mishaps with the office staff. Being pregnant is an exciting thing and the staff definitely does not make it easy for you. They are all miserable and very money conscious about everything. I'm going to spare details but I was charged $113 for my first prenatal visit, and when I contacted Aetna they told me that they should not have charged me. I contacted the office Manager, Tasha and she said if they find a discrepancy they will notify me. I find it a bit weird that I would be charged after throughly doing my research with aetna. In addition to the staff, I felt rushed with Dr. Innes, almost like she had one foot in the room and the other out. I didn't feel comfortable to ask all my questions because of that. She spoke so fast and didn't even congratulate me on the pregnancy. I find her mannerisms to be poor.

I was a patient with Dr. Innes for 10 years for my standard annual exams and I loved her. She was very patient and thorough. When my husband and I started family planning, I expressed my concern about appointment availability with her (I usually had to schedule my apt 4-6 months in advance). Dr. Innes stated it wouldn't be a problem, pregnant patients get priority on scheduling. After getting a positive on an at-home pregnancy test, I called to schedule an apt. The secretary told me she could squeeze me in for an apt in 4 months. I told her I thought I was pregnant, but she insisted that 4 months was the soonest availability. I'd be in my second trimester before my doctor's visit, almost halfway through the pregnancy! I've had to change due to the poor scheduling. Otherwise, Dr. Innes was a great doctor, but count on sitting in the waiting room for at least an hour on each visit.

Staff is terrible. They do not return calls and are rude. Returning calls when you are pregnant is very important.

She's apathetic at best. Her partner, Tracy Nivens is pretty good. She always seemed rushed. She misguided me throughout my entire pregnancy and I ended up with a c-section.

Dr. Iness is a wonderful MD. I thanks GO because I found her. She has been my ob/gyn for the last 3 years She deliver 2 of my for kids( 1 baby born on January 2010 and the other baby born June 2011). I am so glad with her, she is very helpful, kind, with love and passion for her job. She loves what she is doing. The other Doctors that are in the office are great too. I will highly recommend her to anyone. The office is nice, clean and the staff very nice. I have to say that I did a big research before finding this office and in particular Dr.Innes.

Dr Innes is GREAT ! She delivered my son this year - the entire experience was great. She does not ignore even the smallest of issues. She is confident and reassuring. Her staff is excellent - great follow-up and updates. I was able to talk to her by phone when needed - did not have to wait for an in-office visit or the nurse. Overall experience was EXCELLENT!

She is horrible. I would never recommend her to anyone. Her partner, Nivens, seems nice though.

Dr. Innes is a great dr. I think she is very knowledgeable. I waited 50 minutes and I was her first appt of the day. Staff was a mess. I have yet to hear my test results (3 weeks later) and the staff did not follow up with me on a surgery to be scheduled. Staff was rude. Kept referring to me as that "last name lady". Everyone in the waiting room could hear them discussing my appt. Dr. Innes needs to upgrade her staff because they make her practice look bad. She is a good doctor. I don't think I will go back and have her perform my surgery. I think there are other knowledgeable drs out there with great staff.

I love, love, love Dr. Innes. I switched to her in my 18th week of pregnancy because I was unhappy with the bedside manner of my other ob/gyn. It was a hard decision to leave mid-pregnancy but I am so glad I did. Dr. Innes is very easy going and personable. Her office staff is the NICEST I have ever seen and I hardly ever had to wait for my appointment. I have recommended 2 other people to her and they are all extremely happy with her as well.
