Sadly, I will be switching providers after years of being a patient. I used to adore Musgrave Family Medicine and everyone that worked there. They always made me feel like a person and not just a number. Now, I'm lucky if they know my name. The office staff are extremely unprofessional and condescending. Trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare. Obtaining test results or any kind of follow up is like pulling teeth. I don't understand why they have a patient portal. Isn't having a patient portal to enhance communication and encourage better physician-patient relationships? I work 60-70 hours/week and travel a lot for work. A working patient portal is extremely valuable, when used appropriately. Any communication is followed-up days later and most of the time, the response is simply "call the office". When I call the office, it's rare that I receive any helpful assistance (or friendly assistance for that matter). Many times, I'm placed on hold or told that they need to relay the message and call me back...and I don't hear back and usually need to follow up with a message in the portal. I've read numerous reviews that mention the office staff. I'm very surprised it hasn't improved. I wish Dr. Musgrave took more pride in his practice and his loyal patients.

Dr. Musgrave is Awesome! Very personable and actually spends time with you.
But, his staff is horrible!.. Rude, short, talks down to you, & charges you with a $50 charge if you cancel day of appointment! I called to make the appointment not even 24 hours before my said appointment and they charged me the $50! We will be taking our business else where.

Dr. Musgrave is truly the best doctor ever. He makes you feel so comfortable and so easy to talk. He really listens to what you have to say or feel. I never feel rushed with him and I feel like I can talk to him about anything. He sees my husband and two kids as well and we all love him. Thank you Dr. Musgrave for taking great care of ya and all of your hard work. His staff is also very personable and efficient and we appreciate them too!

I have always been very nervous to go to a doctor. I cannot believe how helpful and nice the entire staff is. Dr. Musgrave makes me feel comfortable and he is down to earth and never talks down to me. I actually enjoy going to the doctor.

Dr. Musgrave and the entire staff are the best! Dr. Musgrave is very knowledgeable and helpful, which puts me at ease, knowing that I can trust his medical advice. And he is funny to boot!

Doctor Musgrave is one of the best doctors I've had. He always asks questions that I may not have considered and takes the time to find out what you want out of your care. I never feel rushed but he is consistently very efficient. He doesn't make me feel like I'm just someone else, but that he actually cares about what's going on with my health. He's friendly and approachable, and doesn't use jargon I won't understand. I would recommend him to anyone I know, without exception. I have a unique career with restrictions and guidelines for what I can take, etc. and he never hesitates to make his recommendations specific to my life and my needs. He's an excellent doctor in a world where that is very difficult to find.

Dr. Musgrave is a very good and attentive listener to your needs and issues. He asks the appropriate questions and appears to actually be concerned with your health. You do not feel like just another person trudging into his space. You know you have a doctor that cares about you! The staff is fun, energetic, upbeat and helpful. I only waited in the room about 5 minutes - he is always on time! I felt that he listens to my concerns and really knows his stuff. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The office is bright and clean. Overall great experience.
