She is compassionate, hard working, very knowledgeable, and knows what to do to ensure your best chance of recovery. She saved my life. Currently, she is working on saving my wife's life also.

I have Dr. Buch-barker currently. I have treatments to finish with her. I am not crazy about her. I am being treated for colon cancer stage four. However everything is looking good for me. I was ready for colon resection surgery. At first she wanted me to finish all chemo. She made the rude comment isn't the bag working for you. No compassion. I hope when I am cancer free i will never have to deal with her again. Very unprofessional.

She's not a very compassionate person!My mom-in-law is dying of stage 4 breast cancer.She wanted no treatment due to the fact she's 83 and has had enough.This dr. prescribed meds for her ...said it was for pain when it was actually treatment.She had NO RESPECT for her patient!She loves to run tests tho.Also, she didn't think mom was sick enough for hospice.(it's just a matter of time til mom's gone)Like I said....NO COMPASSION!

She does what it takes to find out the best course of action, including calling around the country to find the information she needs. She calls you back even after hours.
