Dr. Valchar is very knowledgeable. His methods are a bit out of the main stream. but he can be trusted and knows what he is doing. There are two issues you may encounter. the first is that he very direct and abrupt, could easily be taken as rude if you are not aware of this. But rest assured he is not being rude, it is just the direct way which he deals with people. The second issue and only real problem I had with him is that his equipment seems to be outdated and broken. The machine he plugged me into to in order to contract the muscles in my back would often cut out or change intensity by itself. With that said, he did help a lot with the back condition I was dealing with. I will likely be back again.

When I first started to see Dr. Valchar in Dec 2013, I had been sick for almost 18 months with no help from my regular primary care providers and was told there is nothing that could be done. Upon calling for an appointment and worked me in right away. Upon entering the office it was a pleasant atmosphere and Dr Valchar didn't have me wait, your time is as valuable as his. Dr. Valchar then took the time to go through all of my symptoms, and it was so nice to be heard and acknowleged. Dr. Valchar evaluated my case and then he presented his diagnosis and suggested plan of care. We thoroughly discussed cost and length of treatment and what was expected of me as a patient. (Showing up for appointments, etc) He even gave me time to discuss it with my family before going any further. It is now 3 months later and I am feeling the best I have felt in ages and would highly recommend this doctor for all your chiropractic, naturopathic and acupunture needs. He is knowlegeable and truly cares.
