Probably the best Doctor I have seen in my 58 years. I first saw Dr Ho after being diagnosed with diabetes type 2 but under Dr Ho's care I have been able to manage it. Dr Jenny Ho is friendly, helpful and always fully explains either my health problem or the treatment.

I had Dr Jenny Ho as my main GP for many years, basically since she joined the Practice and until I leaved WA, about two years ago. She was what you expect a contemporary good doctor to be: knowledgeable, professional, up to date, and caring, but also light-hearted, approachable, and a good listener. She always was eager to order tests of different sorts to investigate any ailment I had and she wasn't sure. Not a prescription pill doctor, thank Gosh! I always felt like I was visiting a family member, seriously. I miss her enormously in the part of the world where I live now, she is still my number one GP, and one of my fav "caring ladies" from Perth!

The practice where she works is very modern, pleasant to the eye and comfortable. The staff at reception desk can be very friendly and eager to please, but some of them can be rude, abrupt, and unapologetic when any problem arose and they are to blame for. Many of the problems with the practice doctors being late is due to the people who book them in. Enough said. With Jenny I always tried to get the first appointment available, and when I was able to do so, she was always on time.

Driving into the city and parking can be a real nuisance especially when it's busy but Dr Ho is worth the hassle. She takes the time to figure out the best course of action to take. If that's a referral she knows who is the best and how busy they might be. This will save you time and maybe unnecessary pain. That's a really good thing sometimes!

Dr Ho saved my life if it wasn't for her I would probably be very ill or dead from colorectal cancer
