Modest, understanding, intelligent, hard working, caring are some of the things I learned from this man and am now using in my own work ethic when I go to work. This man is extremely intelligent and has acquired the best possible outcome for my knee, which was in chronic pain for the last 2 years, that is, until I met him. I can now do light jogging with ease. Can't put into words my gratitude!

Dr Kumar is great. He's a fresh face but very experienced on all the latest too. He listened carefully, clearly understood what needed to be be done and tried the non-surgical 'conservative' methods first, before committing to shoulder surgery. He focused on my desired outcome. The surgery was first rate and timely, I got plenty of feedback from him in person before going home. His anaesthetist (Dr Diaz) is a magician too. I felt nothing and my recovery has been faster than even I had hoped for. Hats off to both of them.

Dr Kumar is definitely not your typical surgeon. He is exceptionally thorough, down to earth, explains everything in detail and most importantly has a genuine care for his patients, rarely seen. I could not fault Jai, nor recommend him highly enough to any perspective patients. After knowing I needed a major shoulder repair sustained in a rugby match, I had the utmost confidence in Jai doing my surgery and as soon as I saw him in theatre knew that I was in good hands. I'm very grateful to have been under his care and continue to do so into the future.
