Staff is rude on nearly every phone call. Can't get a call returned, primary care dr. can't even get this office to return his calls regarding my condition!

This was my daughter's 2nd visit with her. My daughter had to leave college to get medical attention, and we could only get ths 2nd appt. because of our primary care dr. It was AWFUL! We were told that she was the only patient, but the nurse told us otherwise. We waited 2 hours with no check in. No time for questions, no tests ordered, and no real change. My daughter tried to show pictures and ask questions, but was stopped. I think we were supposed to feel honored to be there. What a waste of time and my daughter is a mess.
