great for an annual. prescriptions sent as discussed

Just had the worst experience EVER! I couldn't get my normal Gynecologist so the receptionist told me I could see the Nurse Practitioner. BIG MISTAKE! I have a Hx of reoccurring yeast infections and I really wanted the doctor to inspect my private area inside and out and then test me for micro organisms. ALL she did was swab me and sent me on my merry way....Not to mention I get to the checkout and owe $250+ for the 5 minutes of impersonal time I spend with Kimberly. I specifically asked the receptionist when I booked the appointment about my insurance and fees, and told them I don't like surprises. WELL that $250 dollars was a heck of a surprise...they didn't tell me that before the visit, and only told me I was covered. I will NEVER use this practice again, if I can help it...Kimberly may be a good fit for someone with better insurance, but I personally don't like throwing money away to a professional that wasn't understanding or caring, to feel taken advantage of.
