Came about a spot I thought was skin cancer. Thing is, in most cases, its impossible to know unless you take it off and test it. He did the procedure very quickly and precisely. Both appointments I had with him were <15 min but I think that's normal for dermatologists. Glad I got the spot removed b/c it was BCC.

I went to Dr. Manning off and no for probably a few years. Never for anything major, but concerning enough to see a doctor and pay for the pleasure. Manning was okay but certainly not great. He listened, examined, gave me a script and sent me on my way. With zero, zilch, nada personality / bedside manner, which I know isn't everything, but for me, it's important. Because he was closed off and distant, I had no interest in discussing anything beyond the acute issue for which I was there for treatment. However, because I was starting to have aging concerns and wanted someone more open and engaging to discuss the myriad issues that come with aging skin, etc., I switched to another doctor in the same clinic and am so happy I did! Now, rather than going in once a year or two for an occasional rash, I'm a regular visitor for all sorts of dermatologic issues - acute, preventative and even cosmetic. And never would have been that patient if I'd continued seeing Manning.

He's a rude jerk!!! Do not waste your time. I have never been treated with such disrespect. He's not smart enough to have a good bedside manner and didn't help with my condition. Dr Kagy is much more knowledgeable so that's who I would recommend.

My primary care doctor sent me to him to evaluate a rash caused by several medicines. He came into the room, asked what was wrong, so I lifted my pant leg to showhim the rash. I then showed him pictutes taken with cell phone of the rash a few days earlier. He then said there wasn't anything he could do and left the room. No test, no medicine, no nothing!

He is a most excellent dermatologist in my opinion and I've gone to several others. He was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and told me to call "whenever I needed him". My wife and I are both patients of his.

I had the displeasure of visiting Little Rock Dermatology and my doctor was Thomas Manning in November 2012. Manning seemed disinterested in my skin and hair problems. He looked at my conditions a total of probably 5-10 minutes and said it "may" be this. Gave me some samples and a prescription and was gone. I was there no more than 15-20 minutes. Needless to say neither of my conditions have improved and I have to now go to a second dermatologist this month for a second opinion. I will never go to Little Rock Dermatology again if this is the way they run their business.
