This doctor now works in Farmington Hills in michigan. He is in the ER there and I had a great experience with him a couple days ago when I went in for chest pain and I was worried about a heart attack as my father had died young. Dr Welling listened to everything I had to say and didn't make me feel rushed. I also appreciate that he kept me updated throughout the course of this day and when I got discharged I felt much more comfortable going home. He also set up an appointment with a cardiologist that I could follow up with before I left.

What a lovely doctor. Dr. Welling is now a physician in Detroit Michigan although this says Pennsylvania. I came to the ED in severe pain. Dr. welling was in my room right away, and listened to me. He got me pain medication and did all these tests to find out what exactly was wrong with me. He got me admitted to the hospital and seen by the right specialists.

What a great doctor. I came to his Emergency Department, and from the minute I met him, I knew I was in good hands. He sat and listened to me. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and after everything was back, he came back to explain what he found and next steps with me and my daughter on the phone. I never felt rushed. Thank you Dr. Welling.

Dr. Welling is a great physician. Although his ED is very busy, he made the time to sit with me and listen to my issues.... He ordered all the necessary tests and kept me updated as they came back. (I was checking on my portal when they returned as well). Even when I didn't take the recommended course of action he suggested, he never got upset, like other physicians have. He gave me all my options and was understanding enough to help me work through the decision I thought would be best for me. The emergency room is a very scary place, but he made the experience one of the most comfortable and pleasant ones I've had.

Dr Welling has been that best and most concerned Dr that I have had . He asked the right questions and you feel like you are the only patient he's taking care of. He doesn't cut corners in .I give him a rating of 20

Dr. Welling took care of me in the Emergency Department. He was kind, courteous, and confident in what he knew, but was also honest about what he didn't know. I appreciate that he knows his limitations. He was able to refer me to an appropriate follow up physician for my trouble. He kept me informed during my stay and was always kind, even though it was very busy.

This doctor works in Michigan now but this is the only rating page I could find. I really liked him. He's new but he took the time to listen to my problem. And unlike a lot of other doctors I've had, he actually really put his hands on me to help figure out what was going on. He was also able to set up a follow up appointment that no other ER doc has done. It shows he really cares.

I can't believe that this Doctor is gone. I don't know if it's because a big corporation came in and took over the hospital, but they really lost one of their best doctors. He only saw me a couple times, but he literally saved my life last time I was there. The new doctors there are nice, but Dr. Welling really used to go above and beyond.

He's left the Emergency room he used to work at. He's going to be missed. Whenever I saw him, he was always spot on and helped the best he could considering the hospital he was at.
