Everyone is rude and seems bothered by the patients. The doctor is as ignorant too

Dr Giger does not rush you through your appointment and truly listens to what you have to say. She has always answered my questions completely and in a way that I understand her answer. She is not quick to prescribe RXs for every little issue - only if it is really necessary. I have always felt confident in her diagnosis and treatment options. On a personal note: Dr Giger has a great sense of humor, too. I have run into her in day to day activities when she has greeted me and chatted for a few minutes. To me, this was very important. It showed me that she knows me as a person - that I am not just a face in her exam room.

Dr. Giger has been my PCP for the past 5 years, and I can't say enough good things about both her and her staff. Her staff members are very helpful and always go the extra mile whenever I need their help. Dr. Giger is an excellent diagnostician and always takes my complaints seriously. Last August when I thought that I had a case of food poisoning and called her office to report my symptoms to one of her nurses, after she consulted with Dr. Giger, I was called back within a few minutes and advised to go the ER immediately. Being the discerning doctor that she is, Dr. Giger was astute enough to realize that based on my medical history, I was actually in the throes of a nasty kidney infection. I was admitted to the hospital that morning, and while I was there, both Dr. Giger, and her colleague, Dr. Potts, diligently monitored my condition and took proactive steps towards my recovery. Great doctors, and a wonderful staff. What more can you ask for!!!
