Dr Chen fixed my torn rotator cuff after putting up with it for years. Now it doesn't wake me up at night

By far the worse doctor I have ever been to! I am injured from a severe fall. This man was so rude during our appointment because I wanted to go over the MRI results. This man got so angry that I had to ask where his anger was stemming from. He was upset and tried to tell me my injury was from a prior injury. However, I never had an injury to the knee. Also, he tried to tell me a tear is the same as a sprain. This is when I just knew he was just saying stuff just to say it. I told him he was extremely rude and angry for no reason. All because he did not want to go over the findings in the MRI that he chose just to look over. The extreme frown he made the entire time was ridiculous. So unprofessional to say the least!! I quickly ended the appointment because of his anger and lack of professionalism. When I came home from the appointment he called me to apologize about his unprofessional demeanor and said as a patient I have to a right to understand my MRI and wanted to go over them (Duh! That’s why I was there in the first place)! I thanked him for the apology, but declined any further assistance. I do not recommend him to anyone that is truly in need of help!!!

Did not seem genuine always in a rush gave me a return to work status while still injured he got smart with me also he was trying to rell me i had no pain and i clearly was still in pain.

Dr. Chen surgically repaired my elbow and knee. Once healed it was never a problem again.

Dr. Ryan Chen was professional, pleasant and helpful with answering any questions pertaining my elbow. He explained the steps he took on the shot to my elbow and was very careful that I remained as comfortable as possible. I came to the appointment with lots of pain but went out the office with very little discomfort. Thank you for a good job, Dr. Chen. His staff was equally nice and the x-ray staff was gentle with my elbow too.

I was given an immediate appointment after I fell and severely damaged my shoulder/arm. Dr. Ryan Chen and his staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. I am so thankful that another large local orthopedics office would not give me an immediate appointment (would have been a week, even considering the severity of my injury) and referred me to Resurgens because I didn't have good insurance. Dr. Chen and his assistance, Sierra, as well as the other front and back office staff could not have been nicer to me. Dr. Chen was very truthful about my prognosis from day 1. I do not believe I would have had as good a result from my surgery as I did, had it not been for Dr. Chen's expertise.

I must say that I love this Dr.. When I had surgery he was so concerned, he even called my home on a Sunday to check on me..This here is a real Dr. My name is Ra Kisha King and I stand behind my posting..Dr. Chen is a wonderful Physician...
