I had 2 hip surgeries this year with 2 Dr Stephen Kim. He is a great surgeon and I feel so blessed that I found him. My surgeries were 3 months apart from each other and the surgeries changed my life so much for the better. I was unable to walk and bedridden for months until I had the surgeries that even though they're major surgeries you'll feel better very shortly and recovered in a couple of months. Thanks a million Dr Kim for caring.

Dr. KIM replaced both if my hips within one year. He gave me my life back, that I wss used too.
I have been painfree and without complications with full range if movement. He listens to your needs, takes his time snd truly cares. His careteam goes with the same motto. Never was a question unanswered. The 4 hour pre op class to help me get prepared was most helpful and since I had my 2nd hip replacement within a year I retained everything. The aftercare was as smooth as the preparation. Thank you Dr.Kim ,Thank you Staff

Dr Kim resurfaced my hip 6 weeks ago. Walking with NO pain. Extremely happy with how everything turned out. Dr Kim is very professional and explained everything in great detail. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kim performed two hip replacements for me, one in December 2018 and the other in March 2019. I have been very pleased with the care and treatment that he and his staff have provided. I was not looking forward to my first surgery, but Dr. Kim reassured me of the anticipated positive benefits of following through. I am so pleased that I followed his direction. He has definitely made a positive difference in my quality of life. I would highly recommend anyone to consult Dr. Kim for your orthopaedic needs.

In my search I wanted to find someone not only technically qualified but one with a personality and one with whom I could build a relationship. He performed a total hip replacement on my right hip in mid-Summer 2015, my left hip in December 2017, and total replacement of my right knee in December 2017. In all my interactions with Dr. Kim and his staff they were professional and showed concern for my health and safety. I would recomment Dr. Stephen Kim for your hip/knee orthopedic needs. God bless.

Dr. Kim performed a Total Knee Replacement (TKR) on my right knee in 2017 and the results were so positive that I did my left knee 11 weeks ago with what seems now to be even better results. After these 2 experiences, I can confidently say that when it comes to a Total Knee Replacement procedure, you cannot find a better surgeon than Dr. Kim. He takes all the time needed to explain what will take place and what needs to happen to get the best results. Then, when the time comes for the surgery, he does exactly what he says he would do. As a Total Knee Replacement is a MAJOR surgery, I would not think twice in recommending Dr. Kim to anyone. If you follow his instructions, you will have positive results.

On July 12, 2018 I had Dr. Kim perform the Birmingham procedure to replace my worn-out ball and socket of my right femur. I am an avid runner and it was important that I have this done (rather than conventional hip replacement), because of my active life style. Normally, no one over 60 has that done, but at age 75 I had the confidence in Dr. Kim that it would be successful. It is now 56 days since the surgery, and I could not be happier with the results. Before, during and after the surgery, The service and support of Dr. Kim, his staff, assistants and affiliates was superb. Even as they were transferring me to the table for the surgery, Dr. Kim took the time to shake my hand and introduce everyone attending. One day, post surgery, I was released and went home with only a small stitched incision on my hip, and virtually no pain. I only took Tylenol, and did not require anything stronger. I have no pain today, and my hip feels like I remember it feeling when I was a teenager. I highly recommend this doctor not only for his unquestionable skills, but also his caring personality.

Since 2012 I've had 2 hip resurfacing surgeries (1 on each hip) and a knee replacement surgery performed by Dr. Kim. I've been completely satisfied by his professional and personal skills and have recommended him to a number of friends. The office staff is also very helpful. It also impresses me the number of people in the local medical community who always speak highly of him. I hope my other knee doesn't develop a problem, but it is does, I'd go back to Dr. Kim in a heartbeat.
