When in his office he makes the patient feel like he/she is the only person in the world. Provides relaxed time to discuss issues and ask questions, even when he is "running behind schedule". Very compassionate when he has to tell "bad news", but is straight forward and the patient understands. He is very knowledgeable & after getting a second opinion from Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale, AZ I was informed my Dr. is doing everything he should be doing and there is no better options available.
