This is one of the worst doctors I have ever been to. Her front office staff is rude and it is very difficult to get an appointment. I have been to Dr. Newill several times for strep throat, bronchitis, etc and each time she has had to reference a book before prescribing medication to me. Shouldnt a PCP know how to treat these common illnesses? She is also rude, and sarcastic and doesnt seem to care very much about how her patients are feeling.

I asked for additional time when I scheduled my appointment (I knew I'd need that additional time), but her staff only gave me a 15 min appointment. She would not answer or address some of my medical concerns since I only had a short appointment, citing that the time constraint was the fault of someone on her staff who was no longer with the office. She wrote me a new prescription, but when I asked if she could give me a few samples until my medicine arrived in mail, she yelled at me "I am not a pharmacy". She was truly unprofessional & extremely rude. I never went back & immediately found a new doctor.

Dr. Newill was 30-45 minutes behind schedule. She said that she was behind schedule because she had "a lot of old people in the office" that morning & rolled her eyes, which I found very unprofessional. I was scheduled for a physical, however, she only drew my blood & took my blood pressure. She was patronizing when speaking to me, ignored many of my questions, or gave vague answers. When I asked her opinion about a strange mole on my leg & asked for a referral to a dermatologist,she did not offer her opinion & would not refer to a dermatologist. She said I should "wait" because I seemed like a "stressed out mom of four" and I seemed "anxious" and it might be "too much" for me to go to a dermatologist!! She was taking notes on the trash can lid which seemed very unsanitary for a doctor. All in all, this was not a positive experience, I will never go back to her.

Wonderful, caring, knowledgeable physician. Sees me the same day I need her, sees me on time, and addresses the problem I am having. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Newill ignored the issues I was having, cut our appointment at 15 minutes, told me that there was no more time and that the health insurance company would not pay her for additional time. She refused to write a referral for me, claiming that the health insurance company did not pay her to do that. I had to have the health insurance company call her office and, essentially, force her to write a referral. I will not return to her office.

Dr. Newill is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. She's incredible, patient, knowledgeable, kind, and is very attentive to her patients.
