My poor 8 year old had the worst experience of her life having two teeth pulled. She has a tendency to be overly dramatic anyway but this doctor had no patience with her and was very matter of fact when he said "calm down and stop fighting us or we will stop and bring you back and put you to sleep". She is EIGHT!! He seemed to be in too much of a hurry and did not believe her when she was screaming how much the needle hurt. The laughing gas should have put her in the I don't care land but they did not give it time to kick in. I am worried she is traumatized by this now and will have a terrible fear of dentists. Bedside manner was zero. Only good thing about his office was his staff. They were great. Him, not so much!

This was the worst experience I have ever had. This doctor rammed a needle into the roof of my mouth and walked out of the room. He completed the extraction but in the process broke the bones which were protruding through the gum. I had to go back to him. He filed the bones down but the pain is still there daily. This happened over 5 years ago and this area in my gum is still painful. I have got to find another oral surgeon to correct the damage he did or continue to live in pain for the rest of my life. My advice is find someone else!

Wisdom teeth were hurting so I figured it's time to get this over with and get them removed. Set up the appt. and have to say the staff their is super friendly.Dr. Muul has a quick and to the point type of attitude which is fine by me. So set up to have the wisdom teeth removed and I was a little nervous but not very since I knew I would be sleep. Get in the surgical room and was talking to the staff next thing I knew I was in the recovery area talking to his nurse asking if they still had my wisdom teeth. That is how my procedure went smooth didn't feel a thing. Took medicine afterwards didn't feel much pain the first day. 2nd day woke up swollen but no pain no need to medicine for pain since I don't seem to have any. Just hope the swelling goes down soon. Either way I have to give Dr. Muul credit for his work, awesome job! Not much pain just waiting for the swelling to go down now on day 2. I would definitely recommend Dr. Muul and his staff! -Juan

My daughter had to have all four wisdom teeth pulled and it was a terrible experience for her. My other daughter had hers done last year so I had a little idea of the recovery but this was nothing like that. This doctor has zero personality, was not friendly and did not even come out to tell me how the procedure went afterwards. The assistant gave me the follow up care information and we left. My daughter was in severe pain, had to go back three times in three weeks afterwards because she had so much swelling four days later and then her mouth still continue to bother her. Just went to see him again and he was very rude initially and made it seem like she hadn't been taken care of her mouth since the procedure. She has been on antiobiotics and ibuprofen for three weeks plus did the ice then heat as instructed for two weeks after! He was not sympathetic and very rude. After all the money spent out of pocket this was unacceptable. I would never recommend Dr. Muul to anyone!!

Dr. Muul was so fast and efficient I dont know why I was so worked up in the first place. I am happy to say I left with a smile :)

I went to get a wisdom tooth pulled by Dr. Muul and it was awful. I had the laughing gas and could feel everything. He stuck me with the needle about 15 times and still could feel the pain. I tried to tell him to stop and he kept going. It was so bad it took me out of my shoes. He never got the tooht out and just said you have to come back to be put to sleep. He had started some cuting in my mouth and dismissed me without any pain medication or antibiotic. Never Again....

Completed Step 1 of a tooth implant. Very easy. Professional conduct; super nice staff. I opted for anesthesia. Perhaps left the office a little too early (groggy), but recovery has been uneventful, and I am looking forward to returning to completed the next step in the implant process. I am asking my husband to go to Dr. Muul for his tooth implant!

Was really nervous about getting a tooth pulled and even until the last minute before he got started I was nervous because this was new for me. Dr. Muul came in to get me numb and noticed I wasn't entirely comfortable so he told he to relax and remember to breath. I didn't realize I was holding my breath! I had opted for laughing gas and once I started breathing felt much better. He was quick and gentle and this tooth came out faster than I expected. That was pretty amazing and I didn't really need to be scared. I also came back to get my implant with him, which also wasn't bad at all, and my dentist was really pleased with the placement. Glad to have a tooth back there to eat my food again!!

I had three impacted wisdom teeth which were all fully bony. I decided to go under sedation for this procedure. Dr. Muul was very professional and to the point. He is very meticulous about his work. After the surgery I had very minimal bleeding and swelling. My procedure was done on 1/14/2011 and a year later I am fine. I have no more migraines or pain in my mouth. I have to admit I was a little worried about 2 weeks after my extraction because I could still barely open my mouth up wide, but come to find out it was all normal. I would recommend Dr. Muul to all of my family and friends. He did an Awesome job! Mandy R

I had a good experience...considering I had to have an extraction. The office staff was friendly and helpful. My appointment was made at my convenience...the insurance was explained so I could understand copays etc. And the dr. explained my procedure in length and asked of my concerns. There was pain w/ the needle for the numbing...but it was expected...I mean it was a NEEDLE! But overall the procedure was fast...I was given a detailed list of instructions for after care...and I left with a smile. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone needing oral surgery.
