The nurses and office staff At Elliot Behavioral Health are not professional in my years of experience there (one head nurse actually called an outside office and had their medical records transferred to a third outside office-- clearly a violation of privacy in my point of view. Her response was "what are you trying to hide?" very upsetting) . Dr. Lerner, on the other hand, was invested, personable and did everything he could to help this patient. He got to know this patient through many in depth conversations through the years. He was sensitive and kind. He kept up on brain infections and the resulting psychosis caused by Lyme Disease. Stellar doctor, wish he hadn't left Elliot Behavioral Health. He is missed. His temporary replacement is a snotty young lady who only prescribes meds; you're in and out of her office in a matter of 5-10 minutes which is typical of newly graduated doctors I suppose.

Dr Lerner has been helpful, knowledgeable and supportive thru years of meeting with him at Elliot Behavioral Health. He has gone above and beyond to support and guide. His nurse or back up doctor support at Elliot were not knowledgeable or supportive in the least. Very unhappy that he left the practice. : (

WONDERFUL doctor. Always listens and doesn't speak down to you. Very committed to helping his paitents. He's often running behind, but that's the only bad thing about him.
