I went to visit her at her new practice in North Bay and found her office unsanitary. I even found her to be a little greasy. She sure is stuck in the 60's and i think she brought her office and receptionist back in the 60's with her. She's weird but nice.

this doctor is an enigma, apparently she is from North Bay, but she was a hospitalist in Owen Sound in 2008. She cared for my mom following a heart attack, great at first, but became rather terse & argued with the cardiologist in my presence. Her manner was strange, very hippie 60's, got the impression, because of Mom's age, it was release, find a nursing home for her. She was not impressed that mom was coming to live with me until her choice of retirement home was available. I explained I had a nursing background & could care for her. please note there was no staff therefor the negatives

Dr Howard was my wife's physician. My wife had bladder problems. Dr. Howard told her to take up horseback riding. I think she should be a vetenarien and treat her horses. She might be better at it. No wonder the hospital has taken her hospital rights away.

prescribed lithium with a diuretic to my wife..even a VET knows NEVER to do this..before I found out my wife was fighting for her lie with water on the brain..thank God I caught the error..another 2 days and she'd be dead.then had the GALL to blame my wife for not knowing her side effects better!..has been investigated by OCPS more than once and has no right to even be "practising medicine"..do NOT let this doctor touch you..I don't care how ill you are..

Dr. Howard did a stellar job in caring for my wife who suffered from chronic pain for a number of years. She certainly was a little odd, and sometimes a bit terse - but cared deeply about her patients. She did everything she could to ensure my wife didn't suffer while waiting months to see Southern based specialists. My wife cried when she closed her practice. We'll always be grateful to Dr. Howard.

She was plain and simple 'weird'.She liked insulting patients in front of other patients and made you feel belittled. She insulted my husband who was in the waiting room after speaking to me when I did not say anything to trigger that!! That ended up causing an argument between us because he thought I had bad-mouthed him in the room. thanks goodness we changed doctors!!

when i went to her in 2000 for a stomach problem (swollen on one side) she immediately sent me to a specialist who discovered i had ovarian cancer. within 2 weeks i was in ICU after surgery. although she did not operate on me, she came by to talk to the nurses and specialist to see how i was doing (on her own time!). caring, concerned and knowledgable. unfortunately, she closed up her practive. have missed her since. i do have a good family doctor once again. thank you doctor howard.

Was a good Dr.. when we first started going to her in the 90's, but in the 2000's she seemed to be under a lot of stress. Was not impressed when she closed up her practice with liitle notice. Were not able to get our records forwarded.
