By far the best dentist I have found in Maine for extractions. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff who don't make you feel like you are intruding on their space as I have found in other dental offices.

It was kind of a rite of passage to have your wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Fiola at my high school. All my friends have done it, including me, and, considering what a scary experience it can be, he's been wonderful! No one has ever had a complaint. He's incredibly gentle, makes sure you know how to take care of yourself after you leave the office and is happy to follow up with you if you have any questions. In short, he's fantastic and his wife, Monique, is really kind too!

Both of my daughters have had their impacted wisdom teeth out at Dr. Fiola's office. I was very impressed with both he and his staff. They were all very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was pleased that his clinical staff are all Registered Nurses. Dr. Fiola was very skilled at starting the iv's. He got both of theirs started on the first try. They gave very good post op care and Dr. Fiola even called later in the evening to see how they were doing and to answer any additional questions I had. The office was extremely clean and they have movies going to take the family waited occupied while the surgery is taking place. We were assigned one nurse whom was with each of them from the moment they went into the clincal area until the time they escorted us out to our car. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for extractions.

I had an extremely positive experience at this oral surgery office. The staff and Dr. Fiola were friendly, knowledgable, professional and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I was scared to have wisdom teeth pulled, but the actual experience was painless and over before I knew it! When I called the office with a question after my visit, Dr. Fiola was incredible helpful and responded in a timely manner. If you're looking for a top notch experience with a knowledgable and approachable doctor, then Dr. Fiola's office is the one for you.

I had the worst experience at this drs office. It has traumatized me. Went to get a tooth out and i felt like my whole set of teeth was getting RIPPED out of my mouth. I have never had this experience at any dental office. I dont like going to the dentist anyways. But this was the WORST experience and PAINFUL. The staff was nice but I was told by other dentist i would probably be put to sleep

The support staff was extremely kind. They allowed me as much time as possible to relax and the Doc was quite pleasant as well. I had my wisdom teeth out (1 impacted, 2 partially, 1 full) and it took less than 30 minutes from the time the knocked me out to the time I woke up. Best experience I could have asked for; now it is up to me to take care of my part.

Staff was friendly and very caring. I was scared. They were really nice to me. Doctor answered questions and was not cold or clinical. They walked me to the car and made sure I was OK before sending me home. They explained exactly what I had to do afterwards and put it in writing. Overall I would rate them as the best in this area and I have had several teeth extracted in other offices. None of them were very nice or wanted to ease my fears or answer questions.
