I've been seeing Dr. Chaudhary for about 5 years and she's a really good doctor. Lately, however, her office has been such a disorganized mess that I'm probably going to have to find a new doctor. Here are some things I experienced in the past year...

-There's no guarantee your call will be answered. They rarely answer the phone, and I find that I have to call at least 3 times to get a hold of someone.

-I've had to wait an hour and a half from my appointment time to be seen.

-When I'm finally seen, it's by a nurse practitioner because the doctor is too busy. The NP also said she didn't have time to go over all my health concerns because she had to go to lunch and I should make another appointment for a different day. I don't have time to come and wait for another hour and a half!

- I get a call out of the blue that I have an appointment. I thought maybe it's a yearly appointment that I didn't remember making so I called to make sure. After 4 calls trying to get a hold of the office, I was told I made the appointment a week prior and they didn't know what it was for. I would remember making an appointment a week ago, yet I was accused of not remembering! The exact words were, "maybe you don't remember making the appointment". So rude and an awful way to treat patients.

Dr. Chaudhary helped me a lot, especially in a time of need when I was unemployed and had govt issued insurance, but the way the office treats patients is unacceptable and after 5 years with her, I won't be coming back.
