I hate to even give one star! I did not have a good experience with this dental provider although life would be better if I had. They are extremely unprofessional, intolerant, and dishonest. I came in for a consultation, a cleaning, and had surgery scheduled which they canceled by text 20 minutes prior to the appointment time--via text! This was done because they sent me a consent form the afternoon before the date of the surgery and I had legitimate concerns about discrepancies and severe risks noted in the form that I had not been made aware of during the consult or at any time prior. They also promised to refund me for the consult and cleaning (in writing) and have not done so. I don't trust these folks at all and am very disappointed by the experience.
