Dr. Mayo is an absolute pleasure to deal with. She's positive, upbeat, engaging and goes through great lengths to explain things. Have seen her several times and it's always been a pleasure.

As always, Dr. Mayo and Katherine, are not only excellent at what they do but also delightful, kind people. It had been a few years since I saw Dr. Mayo but she remembered me like it was yesterday. Not because of the information in my chart (which she also had down) but conversational information and other little details. Dr. Mayo took her time and assessed every cause that could be contributing to my issue and didn't give me patchwork solutions or costly solutions as a band-aid. I always appreciate her gentle candour and leave every appointment confident that I've received the best possible care. Not only that but she and Katherine always make me feel so at ease. I would recommend Dr. Mayo a thousand times over and would travel across the province for annual visits if needed.

Wow- she's super helpful, very knowledgeable- I would highly recommend her to everyone, you will definitely walk away feeling like you got an excellent prescription from a highly knowledgeable super friendly doctor.

Pleasant lady, but somehow did not recognize the problem with my glasses, despite my going back to her and explaining it. She fixed it at the end, but it cost me several needless visits.

This doctor made me feel like dirt - she was condescending, rude, and inconsiderate of the way I was feeling. I will never see her again. Thankfully I found a new optometrist who makes me feel at ease and doesn't make me feel the way she did.
