This is a family run business and it reflects their values of caring and kindnesss. James and his wife and other staff members are professional but in a warm and welcoming manner. Does Acupuncture work?

Here's my story...Close to 2 years ago I had the miserable experience of Sciatic pain down my left side. For those who have experienced this or are going through it right now know about the pain and the sleepless nights.


I tried everything from rolling that tennis ball, Stretching, Chiropractic, Massage Therapy and Physio Therapy which helped some...Then an acquaintance suggested OKANAGAN ACUPUNCTURE.

Best thing I ever did for myself!


Well long story short after my first appointment at OKANAGAN ACUPUNCTURE I felt relief. To top it off I slept through the whole night for the first time in months pain free and still do.

Now just like any type of therapy subsequent appointments are necessary to feel the benefits of Acupuncture. I still go about every 6 weeks to stay on top of it. James Kaufman over the last year and a half has treated me as well for headaches, shoulder pain etc with great results..


I would highly recommend OKANAGAN ACUPUNCTURE...

James is absolutely awesome at what he does with Acupunture. I had been experiencing severe back pain and had been struggling for over a year with it. It just seemed to get worse and worse with everything I tried. I had found out that Acupuncture was something that might help with it so I gave it a try. I am beyond blown away by the incredible results from James. He is so knowledgeable in this field and so great with his clients that he is the one to see. With just only a few weeks of treatment I am already back to being completely active and able to move and breathe sooo much better. I've been seeing James at Okanagan Acupuncture, on and off, for almost 2 years now. I originally started with him due to my debilitating headaches. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains everything very thoroughly. Acupuncture with James has been, hands down, the best treatment for my headache pain. I continue to see him for maintenance, plus for any other aches and ailments that come up.

I'm so glad I made the decision to try acupuncture with James. And as it turns out, my husband and mother have since gone to him too!

I have been a patient of James for 13 years. His treatments are most helpful to manage my back and shoulder pain, I drove truck for 38 years thus the destroyed back. I don't like taking pain meds as they interfere with normal body health. James does a great job with the needles, I usually sleep during the treatment. Chris usually has to wake me lol. I would recommend a visit.

I was desperate to try anything to alleviate the pain I suffer from an unusual amount of migraines. My specialist recommended acupuncture as they could not help me. To my relief acupuncture has helped manage the pain. A lot of people fear the needles, but it is nothing like what some may imagine. As a bonus - the staff at the clinic are awesome, friendly and really make you feel welcome.

As a fellow Acupuncturist I can confidently say that James knows what he is doing when it comes to treating pain! I had chronic and painful hip injury that nobody could help with - not Chiropractors, RMTs and other Acupuncturist. However after 3 treatments with James my hip had improved by 90%. I'm very grateful for his help.
