I recently had appointment with dr Julia I think it was the fastest appointment I ever had with her not in positive way. She was in a hurry and didn’t answered my all questions I had for her. I used to love her practice and her profession opinion but now I feel like she is too busy running her rejuvenate clinic. If you don’t have time and energy to see you patients because you’re too busy with other stuff you shouldn’t be a doctor period!

I used to be very happy with Dr. Shcherbatykh, but in recent years it has become nearly impossible to get an appointment with her. I don't remember the last time I saw or spoke with her. I am always sent to their nurse practitioner, who I have not had positive experiences with. I have been having some health problems this year and found the nurse very rude and dismissive. I went to a walk in clinic for a second opinion. They sent me for some tests and were able to find the problem relatively quickly. It's unfortunate that I am one of the lucky people in Ontario that has a family doctor, yet I can never see them and have to seek medical care elsewhere. Dr. Shcherbatykh also operates a botox and injection clinic next door to the medical practice. It seems irresponsible to me to be doing this while she is unable to keep up with her patients' needs.

Julia is the best, I always feel so comfortable with her. Every health issue I have had she's always sent me for every test immediately. I owe the fact that I was able to have children to her quick diagnostic testing and referrals. I love the staff, I've known them for years and they're so knowledgeable and kind. I can't say anything but wonderful things about Julia she's an amazing person, and a doctor who genuinely cares for people. I plan to have her as a doctor for as long as I possibly can.

She has turned her practice into a walk in clinic. You never know who you will see. She was wonderful right at the onset and would have scored 5/5 but now 1/5 because she is absent more than present. I want to have a trusting relationship with my GP...not happening these days.

Had labs and urine sample done 4 days ago. Urinalysis came back positive. I've been waiting for a prescription for days. Their office keeps telling me they've sent a message to the NP. 4 days now. My kidneys are sore,they keep telling me it's coming. Their receptionist has been so rude. She's very unreasonable. Julia herself isn't there, even before having a baby. I may do a formal complaint to the CNO about the NP. This is crazy.. Emergency had an 8hr wait and the walk in I'm allowed to go to isn't open during the day.

She is unavailable even in emergency situations. Office doesn’t seem to know what’s going on. End up at emergency

I agree with those who have mentioned that Dr. Julia is rarely available. The website looks like they offer a lot of access but even the nurse practitioners are not available a lot of the time. I feel like the Shcherbatykhs are somewhat negligible in providing care to their patients and only interested in making money through their businesses.

I was happy with Dr Julia at the beginning but she has become busy elsewhere and split herself between her practice and business. I have issues that need immediate attention and now left to self diagnose which is not the smart thing to do but sometimes left in the dark to be my own health advocate. If I need to see my GP, do not set me up with the nurse practitioner, or tell me to visit the walkin clinic. After reading all the reviews, there definitely is a slide in happy patients and she should take this seriously
