I was disappointed. I waited 2 weeks for this appointment only to be told she didn’t know what to do. She didn’t run additional tests or do anything to benefit me. I left the appointment feeling worse.

Did not understand my issues, or take me seriously at all. I have severe ptsd as well as pretty bad anxiety and she would only give me a blood pressure med which did nothing. My blood pressure was normal btw. Also asked her to test my hormone levels and thyroid to be sure b/c of my mood swings. She said the results "were fine". Later after she left jordan valley i found out i actually had hyperthyroidism!! Thank goodness i now have a health professional who listened and re read my chart and is getting me the help I need
Ronnie Hoelker is prob one of the most off putting and inept NPs Ive had. Look elsewhere.
