Probably 15 yrs ago went to him for 2 root canals. He preformed quickly, expertly and I had No Pain afterward. Very impressed with his abilities.

Staff was helpful and friendly. I had a root canal done by Dr. Churak. He was very knowledgeable and worked quite efficiently. I had no real pain during or after the procedure. They accepted my insurance and I only had to pay a small co-pay. All in all, it went as well as a root canal can go.

A friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, caring dentist. The staff is very friendly. When he is working on your teeth, he is constantly asking if you're alright. He's fixed all of my, my brother's and my mother's cavities. He's also performed my mother's root canal. We all refuse to see anyone else!
