My young adult daughter has been struggling with past events and she experienced while very young and it has been rough. We have been through the local NB provincial channels with nothing but promises, without any follow up. Tried a couple of counselors/therapists but it only seemed to make things worse. I heard about Anne from my local doctor and although I was hesitant to put my child through more of this "therapy?". Although I was pleased to meet Anne and hear about EMDR therapy (something I don't pretend to understand) and how she could help, I didn't really know what to think. (sorry Anne) She was impressive, to say the least! Within a month or so of once a week sessions, I could tell my daughter was starting to have a little more motivation and a little spark in her eye. Week after week, the nightmares became fewer and fewer until they were gone. But I also have connected with my daughter more than I ever had. It's like a load has been lifted from her spirit. Even though we are in the middle of a supposed pandemic she is now doing very well, working, and has connected with encouraging friends. I just wanted to say "Thank you Anne" if you ever read this comment. You are highly recommended by me and I pass your name onto others who are looking for help.

I've been to many psychologists and therapists for past childhood trauma. All they could do was talk and offer ideas but I continued to live like a zombie even though I am in my 50's and should be over this by now. Anne explained how these events stay with you no matter how old you are and I am not alone. She used EMDR therapy with me and I am free at last. I don't understand EMDR but is has changed my life forever. Thank you Anne.

Anne has been a tremendous help to my trauma and PTSD as a result using EMDR therapy. I was very sceptical about EMDR and even told Anne of my scepticism. She assured me I have nothing to lose. I was a zombie, emotionless and found everyday drudgery until working with Anne. I now have my life back and have been a much better mom and wife as a result. I can’t recommend her enough and I do recommend her to friends and family struggling today. She’s right “What do you have to lose?” Five stars all the way!!!

My adopted child struggles with attachment issues. I met Anne while she was the keynote speaker during an adoption conference in New Brunswick, Canada. Since seeing Anne with my daughter, things have improved a lot. She is definitely an expert in the field of attachment and adoption. I highly recommend her.

I am a peace officer who strugles with PTSD? from the normal wear and tear of the life as a police office. Anne has been very helpful in teaching me ways to deal with what I have seen and done rather than tormenting myself with it over and over again with no relief (hope). It took years of being on the job for me to finally break but within months of working with Anne I am feeling much better and am much more equipped to handle the trauma and also recognize when I need help. I would highly recommend Anne to any of my friends and colleagues.

I struggle with anxiety and have been to many counsellors and therapists and psychologists. Anne is the only one that tells me the truth (whether I want to hear it or not) and offers real and practical exercises to calm my mind and help me deal with the bad days. i highly recommend Anne.
