Was rear ended and she put me on medications immediately as she knew I would be stiif and sore in a coupkl days afterwards.

Dr. Yin has been my Doctor for years. She is fantastic and truly cares about her patients. We have moved a few times but we still drive all the way to her office as we trust her and that does not come easy. Thank Dr. Yin for all that you do for your patients and great job.

Constantly rolling eyes and doesn't seem to want to actually help. Rather you be in and out. I will NEVER go to her again.

She’s amazing, such a qualified and personable doctor. She’s always been so helpful and kind to me, been seeing her for 3 years now. Her receptionists are mildly ignorant and aren’t very aware of their audience or surroundings, but other than that it’s a great practice she has in Chestermere.

Have been going to her for years. She was great at first, but over the years not so much. I've had a serious medical condition since early this year & she has just made my life way more difficult than it needs to be. Had multiple phone appointments with her & each time it was like I haven't talked to her in years, didn't remember what my issues were at all. Had to get paperwork filled out for work, same papers once a month & the price changed each time for the exact same form. After the first few months she just used the same filled out form & used whiteout on the dates. Didn't fill them out correctly, filled out information like weight & height ect. by guessing & so on. They made me pay for them before they'd send back to my employer which is understandable BUT wouldn't keep my card on file or let me pay over the phone so I had to go in just to pay (I live 30mins away). It also takes days to get them to send a prescription even if you call multiple times over days, even if they know you're put of the prescription. 100% do not recommend. Would give 0 stars if I could
