I hurt myself while bending down in my house to pick up something from floor, I couldn't move, went to Manipal Hospital Bangalore, it was closer to my Hotel, Dr. Dinkel was in night duty, he diagnosed my problem, treatment and exercises helped me a lot, and I regularly do the exercises and I don't have any issues with my back anymore.
