Dr. Carrese is an amazing doctor, he really takes the time to get to know is patients and makes them all feel like family. He has excellent bedside manner and is always prompt in returning phone calls or emergency calls to the office. I have recently moved to Branford and would be happy make the drive to Derby/Huntington to see him. I must say overall he is by far the best experience I have had with on ob/gyn.

Dr. C. is very professional and he truly cares about the welfare of his patients. He takes the time to talk to you in his office instead of in the exam room which makes it extremely comfortable for the patient. He makes it easy to talk to him about any concerns you may have.

my only regret is that Dr Carrese did not deliver any of my children. He is a very caring and understanding physician. wish he could teach my other doctors his bed side manner.

Dr. Carrese is the best. He is caring and concerned about your well being. Having gone to him for 2 pregnancies and regular visits, I would never go anywhere else. I recently moved over 1/2 hr drive from him and would never think about going to another Doc. Having had preterm labor with both of my children and having a kidney infection with one child, he would see me as an emergency at any time. He is the best Doc ever!

Upon reading what I just read I would like to tell you my story. This doctor was the only doctor who believed the amount of pain I was in. After doing surgery and found the amount of cyst and adheshions I had its a wonder I was even walking. He in my eyes has saved my life in my opion and would not see anyone else but him. Even unrelated he would take my call if I was upset and ease my mind. I had preterm labor and had a c-cection and always staff and himself were very kind and compasionate. I had Dr. Carrese for 12 years. I trusted him and thought he would never harm me. I have 3 kids he delivered 2.My last pregnancy was very hard, I told him there was something wrong .He said I had Placenta previa and told me go home and not to worry. Well after I did that I started to hemmoridge and He went on vacation, Leaving me to have to be delivered by someone else. Me and my baby almost died. After all that I had to have 4 surgeries to try to repair the bladder that the placenta ate through and with no success. I went to see a lawyer to find out my options, We had to get my records and upon receiving them noticed that my pregnancy was NOT in the records,MY ENTIRE PREGNANCY WAS MISSING. This Dr. has no records from the time I had a positive pregnancy test until after the baby was 2 weeks old. DO NOT TRUST THIS DOCTER. I cant tell you the whole story for i can only type1000words.if he did the right tests I wouldt have needed a hysterectomy nor would i needed 11 units of blood.
