Very nasty and rude staff. Receptionist very rude and in a bad mood. Not a welcoming place at all. Waited over 2 hours. Office very dirty and old. Needs a lot of new and updated medical equipment. Will not be going back!

Horrible staff manners, very dirty, smelly and out dated office. It was over an hour wait and Doctor was very quick to finish the visit. I felt neglected and rushed. Afterwards I heard the doctor and staff talk bad about patients in front office, which is without a slide window. Judging them. I will never go back there and I hope no one ever will experience this with her.

LOVED Dr Kaushal!!! Had an uneventful pregnancy until 28 weeks, and then developed multiple complications. Dr Kaushal was on top of everything for the next 10 weeks until I delivered. She is very forthcoming about thepros and cons of pending procedures. And explains things, so I knew what to expect. I had the easiest c-section recovery. And a perfectly beautiful, healthy baby boy to show for it!!

Dr. Kaushal is a fantastic doctor. The wait time can sometimes get long but that is because she takes the time to listen to everything you have to say and doesn't rush you. The office is very simple, and the staff is helpful and compassionate.

this Dr is awful! and her staff just have no personality what so ever. the office is dirty and rugs are stained i have to wait an hour at least to see her not including the 45 minutes in the waiting room. i had an abnormal pap and they said to come back when i did i was told she was going to perform a procedure called "copo" i was not told that is what i was there for and i refused to get it done after the nurse explained it wouldnt hurt if "i didnt tense my back" after leaving and refusing i googled the procedure it is most commonly used on rape victems and to test for cervical cancer and is done in a STERILE enviroment like a HOSPITAL!absolutely awful dr! i am getting a second opinion and will not be going back to this dr. after contacting a new dr i was told this procedure is usually not done until after 5 or more abnormal paps. this dr is not to be trusted.

A great doctor, compassionate and understanding. She returns all our calls, and fully and in detail, answers all our questions. The staff is polite and friendly. The waiting room is fine, it's clean and simple,if you want a fancy office, then you will pay for it. Me and my three daughters go there and she delivered my grandson. She is excellent.. my friends and her daughter go their also, delivered her babies too. I would highly, highly recommend her.

Office wait room is very dirty. Chairs and carpets are very stained. Wait time is about an hour or more. Dr. Kaushal does not listen to complaints and rushes so fast that you do not understand what she says. This feels more like a third world medical office. Dr. Kaushal is rough with exams and the office is so disorganized I am not sure my urine samples got to the right file. She doesn't return phone calls and her staff gives different reasons why Dr. Kaushal is late or unavailable. I would not want Dr. Kaushal to perform any type of surgery or procedure as I feel she is not careful and is too rushed.
