I did consultation last week half an hour in person, Dr. Wong and her assistant are very nice and helpful. But the receptionist Shasha is very rude and impatience. I am the first time to see dentist specialist, I have question about the treatment equipment, such as do they have the Microscope? Shasha said, because your dentist does not have that kind of equipment so that they recommended you to our clinic! I booked the treatment on this Wednesday, but I could not successfully book the tooth filing with my general dentist after two weeks, the earliest time available is in the middle of Aug. I book the tooth filing late because I do not know the specialist only do roots initially. When I called Shasha if she could reschedule me in the middle of Aug, and I could definitely get the tooth filing app at the end of Aug? Shasha said, it doesn't matter, some people do tooth filing 1-2 month? I am wondering is that possible the temporary material fell down since my friend has the experience that the temporary material is very soft? Shasha said: you have too much concerns for the treatment, my Dr. won't see you, I cancel this Wednesday app, and than hung up.

The receptionist sasa was super friendly and professional. Everytime she is so patient to find a time for me to see dr. wong. She provided me with the best customer experience, and overall such a positive experience beginning.

I see one of the staff members wrote "I can attest that our office is fully committed to the highest standards of care and professionalism" in one of the reviews here, but unfortunately, I can't see much professionalism from the staff and the statement above seems false. The staff was very unfriendly, unhelpful and impatient during phone calls, check-in and the procedures. Dr. Wong must have had very high tolerance for her staff so they were allowed to be rude to patients even in front of Dr. Wong. During my appointment, all I could feel was the secretary and technician didn't want me to ask any questions - they only wanted me to get my procedures done, pay and leave ASAP. When I did have questions, they would then be impatient and perfunctorily answer, or even show me their temper. Advice to Dr. Wong, please re-evaluate your staff and lower your tolerance for them.

As a staff member, I would like to specify that our office adhere strictly to our Dental College's guidelines as well as insurance company's billing policies. As such, we are unable to accommodate certain requests that will violate any of those policies. "To make a quick insurance buck"is certainly not our office's motto. I can attest that our office is fully committed to the highest standards of care and professionalism.

The last commenter must have encountered the same secretary I did. It wasn’t borderline rude, it was full out rude and she yelled at me. Dr. Wong, you better reevaluate the staff you have in your office. While some ppl can deal with this a lot will not when there’s a dentist on every corner trying to make a quick insurance buck.

I have been going to Dr. Wong for a few years now and she has done a number of root canals for me. She is gentle, knowledgeable and extremely gentle. I have never had pain during or after my treatments and would highly recommend her as the best in her field. Her medical staff are excellent and Sabrina, her receptionist/ assistant is amazing at fitting you in and having empathy for people in pain and a lovely personality and disposition , a great asset to the practice. Just the best around!!!

Dr. Wong and her staff are fantastic. She is an expert in what she does and her staff are just the very best. Her medical secretary Sobrina is outstanding in her empathy, efficiency and willingness to help. Dr Wong's medical assistant is great at what she does as well and I have never experienced any pain in the root canals that I have had done. I want to share my experience with Dr. Lisa Wong. She is an amazing endodontist, her whole staff is very accommodating and her office is very clean. She is the best and I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I highly recommend coming to her if you need a root canal. She is the best!
