Medical receptionist is like hitting a brick wall. She makes no attempt to assist at all. I have no idea how she holds that position. The doctors are fine. Chris and the dental receptionist are fantastic. One person ruins the whole rating.

I have had nothing but problems with her. I had increasing shoulder pain and mobility issues for over 3 1/2 years. I was missing work and in agony. I was told it was tendinitis after an ultrasound and take physio. Then, here is some cortisone shots. I asked for an MRI for a better diagnosis. She told me they were too expensive. I had enough. After yet another appointment, I demanded a referral to an orthopedic specialist. Over 2 weeks, I called 8 times then threatened to report her. My shoulder had been torn for over 3 years, with another layer of bone growing under the tear. No chance of healing on my own. I had surgery January 2016 and now I have to go back in for a second surgery. I will be off of work for 2 years and may not be able to return as I need my shoulder for my job. This could have all been avoided if she had just treated my properly. Now, I'm possibly screwed for life. She takes nothing seriously. She allows her religion (she is a nun) to get in the way of her treating patients properly due to her "religious restrictions" . I thought the doctors code of ethics was personal beliefs and practices were to be put aside for the proper care of patients and their needs.
She has laughed in the face of my children when it was very hard for them to talk to her about issues they had been having (teenagers) and even refused to write a birth control script for my daughter. She asked another doctor in the building to write it whom had never seen my daughter.
Not happy.
