Biography

Dr. George White is president of Orlando Hand Surgery Associates, serving the Orlando area since 1991. Dr. White has been named as a “Best Doctor” by U.S. News & World Report, one of “America’s Top Doctors” by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., a “Top Doctor” by Consumers’ Checkbook, and one of the top 10 shoulder surgeons in the U.S. by Becker’s ASC Review. He recently was named a Lifetime Member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Dr. White received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from Johns Hopkins University. He completed 2 years of general surgery and an additional 3 years of orthopaedic residency at Hopkins. He then went on to the Curtis National Hand Center at Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, where he completed a fellowship in Hand and Microvascular Surgery.
