I found Dr Fernando very approachable and caring.
Although being busy operating, always had time to visit his patients in hospital as well as in his suite.

Explains things well, genuinely concerned and interested in patients. Punctuality and time discipline perhaps the only downsides.

We found Dr Fernando arrogant and unhelpful. Doesn’t return phone calls, not available to talk to family members. Turns up at 10.30 at night to see his hospital patients (waking them up when they are asleep).

Cannot fault this Dr who has been extremely helpful and thorough. Would highly recommend. His staff are also super friendly and helpful, unlike a lot of medical admin staff, they really do care.
